At Al-Hijaab we handle all personal information that we receive in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We aim to regulate the collection, processing, keeping, use and disclosure of certain information relating to individuals within the provisions of the law.
Under no circumstances do we disclose customer information to any external agencies for marketing purposes.
Al-Hijaab collects information about you for the following reasons:

- to supply you with information and advice about our range of products and services
- to improve our service in the future
Al-Hijaab may use the information we obtain for targeted marketing (B2C marketing or B2B marketing). We may provide you with information on our products and services and any ongoing promotions through email and newsletters/leaflets. We will not send information by mail/email if you request us not to do so.

Al Hijaab will seek to maintain any information we hold on you in as accurate and up to date manner as possible. If you wish to check the information that we hold about you you can do so by contacting us in writing. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them as soon as possible.
Please note: Al-Hijaab will only query personal information with the account holder or customer to which the information belongs to. Under no circumstances will Al-Hijaab forward customer information to a third party.
