Shipping
Next Day UK Delivery
All UK orders placed Monday through to Friday before 12pm (GMT) will be shipped out on the same day using the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service. This means that your order should reach you the following business day.
All orders placed on Friday after 12pm (GMT) and over the weekend before Sunday midnight are shipped out the following business day and should reach you on the next business day after shipping.
*Please be aware that shipping delays may occur with our carrier services during the holiday season and/or on national/public holidays.
*Other reasons for shipping delays may be due to stock availability. If this is the case then we will email you on the same day that you place your order and inform you of when we will be able to deliver your order and also give you the option of cancelling the order.
Shipping Methods
Our standard shipping methods are
• UK - Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery
• Europe & Worldwide – Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (Normally 3-5 business day delivery)
*No weekend shipping service is available.
Important Note:
Please be aware that all goods delivered overseas may incur additional customs, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee which is charged to your order, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the items that you add to your shopping basket. It is possible to view this at any time by clicking on the ‘View Basket' link at the top of the each page and then clicking on the ‘Estimate' link next to where the shopping cart total is displayed.
Shipping costs vary depending on which zone your delivery location falls in.
• Zone 1: Within the UK
• Zone 2: International (within Europe)
• Zone 3: International (all other countries)
