Tracking Your Order
You can track your order on the following options depending on the type of delivery used:
Royal Mail
A2B Delivery
Eid Delivery - Important
Information
UK - For last day Eid shopping please choose Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery before 9am. This means that your order should reach you the following business day before 9am.
It is best if these orders are placed before 2pm, if later than 2pm please call us first on (01274) 308455.
Please remember this service can only work if Eid falls on Saturday or any other weekday.
If on Sunday - there is no delivery option for Sunday.
Worldwide - You can still try until 6 days before Eid. If an order is placed over the weekend we aim to post it on Monday, hopefully reaching you by Friday. We will do all we can to get the items out
from our store in time, then its down to the delivery providers. You can request a DHL, UPS, FedEx etc. delivery service to be used, send us an email and well find out how much extra it will cost and let you know. We will need your delivery address, items you would like and then well do the rest.
*Please be aware that shipping delays may occur with our carrier services during the holiday season and/or on national/public holidays.
*We may run out of stock on products during the day. If this is the case then we will contact you as soon as possible and inform you.
Next Day UK Delivery
All UK orders placed Monday through to
Thursday before 12pm (GMT) will be shipped out on the same day using the Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery service. This means that your order should reach you the following business day.
All orders placed after 12pm on Thursday (GMT) and over the weekend before Sunday midnight are shipped out the following business day and should reach you on the next business day after shipping.

*Other reasons for shipping delays may be due to stock availability. If this is the case then we will email you
as soon as possible and inform you of when we will be able to deliver your order and also give you the option of cancelling the order.

Our standard shipping methods are
• UK - Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery
• UK - Royal Mail UK Signed For
• UK - A to B Direct
• Europe & Worldwide – Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (Normally
5-7 business day delivery)
*No weekend shipping service is available.
Important Note:
Please be aware that all goods delivered overseas may incur additional customs, taxes and brokerage fees assessed by the country the items are entering into. These additional costs are not covered under the shipping fee which is charged to your order, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive your shipment.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the weight of the items that you add to your shopping basket. It is possible to view this at any time by clicking on the ‘View Basket' link at the top of the each page and then clicking on the ‘Estimate' link next to where the shopping cart total is displayed.
Shipping costs vary depending on which zone your delivery location falls in.
• Zone 1: Within the UK
• Zone 2: International (within Europe)
• Zone 3: International (all other countries)
