Your use of the Al-Hijaab website and or registering your details with Al-Hijaab, confirms your agreement to our terms and conditions, including those laid out in all other sections of the Al-Hijaab website.
Al-Hijaab shall sell and the customer shall purchase the goods subject to these conditions. No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by the customer and Al-Hijaab.
Al-Hijaab employees or agents are not authorised to make any representations concerning the goods or any Services unless confirmed by Al-Hijaab in writing. The customer acknowledges that it does not rely on, and waives any breach of any such representations that are not so confirmed.
Al-Hijaab assumes no responsibility for the contents of any other web sites to which the Al-Hijaab web site has links and shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused or alleged to have been caused by use of or reliance on any content, goods or services available on such hyperlinked sites. Al-Hijaab may not have control of such web sites. The inclusion of any hyperlinks to such other web sites does not mean that Al-Hijaab endorses the material on such web sites or has any association with the owner thereof.
Al-Hijaab shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or any failure to perform any of Al-Hijaab's obligations in relation to the goods or services if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Al-Hijaab's reasonable control or due to the customer's fault.
If any element of the conditions is held by a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision and Al-Hijaab's other policies as provided through the Al-Hijaab site shall not be affected.
Al-Hijaab attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, assume no duty to update such information and Al-Hijaab cannot guarantee that it will be error-free.
Al-Hijaab does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at anytime. Al-Hijaab will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practically possible after being notified of them.
Al-Hijaab does not make any warranty that the web site is free from infection by viruses or anything else that has contaminating or destructive properties.
Al-Hijaab does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access the web site or any failure to complete a transaction.
Al-Hijaab does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of the use of the web site or for any products or services purchased from the web site.
Al-Hijaab reserves the right to refuse or remove items from sale or alter their specification without prior notice. Al-Hijaab will issue each order with a number. If you are e-mailing Al-Hijaab regarding the delay or confirmation of your order, please quote the order number, date of the order and your full name. This will ensure we can trace your order and respond without delay.
Al-Hijaab will send an automatic e-mail to confirm your order details.
The quantity and description of the goods shall be those set out in the invoice.
It is the responsibility of the consumer to pay for duty within the country of delivery. Al-Hijaab will not accept any responsibility for unpaid duty on any orders sent. Only payment for goods and delivery charge have been charged on the customers invoice.
Title, risk of damage to or loss of the goods shall pass to the customer as from the date of despatch from the Al-Hijaab Store.
Al-Hijaab will ensure payment is taken in full and this will correspond with the customers invoice and order place on the website.
This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.
